Lyrics - All Will Be Well (Through the Love of God our Saviour)

1 Through the love of God our Saviour,
all will be well.
Free and changeless is his favour,
all, all is well.
Precious is the blood that healed us,
perfect is the grace that sealed us,
strong the hand stretched forth to shield us,
all must be well.

2 Though we pass through tribulation,
all will be well.
Ours is such a full salvation,
all, all is well.
Happy, still in God confiding,
fruitful, if in Christ abiding,
holy, through the Spirit’s guiding,
all must be well.

3 We expect a bright tomorrow,
all will be well.
Faith can sing through days of sorrow,
'All, all is well.'
On our Father’s love relying,
Jesus every need supplying,
in our living, in our dying,
all must be well.

Lyrics - I Am Waiting for the Dawning - Samuel Trevor Francis

1 I am waiting for the dawning
Of that bright and glorious day,
When the darksome night of sorrow
Shall have vanished far away;
When forever with the Saviour,
Far beyond this vale of tears,
I shall swell the hymn of worship
Thru the everlasting years.

2 I am looking at the brightness,
See, it shineth from afar,
Of the clear and joyous beaming
Of the Bright and Morning Star;
Thru the dark grey mist of morning
I behold its glorious light;
Then away with ev'ry shadow
Of this sad and weary night.

3 I am waiting for the coming
Of the Lord who died for me;
Oh, His words have thrilled my spirit,
"I will come again for thee."
Faith can almost hear Christ's footfall
On the threshold of the door,
And my heart, my heart is longing
To be with Him evermore.

I will sing of the mercies of the Lord.

With my mouth will I make known
Thy faithfulness, Thy faithfulness,
With my mouth will I make known
Thy faithfulness to all generations,

I will sing of the mercies of the Lord forever,
I will sing, I will sing,
I will sing of the mercies of the Lord forever,
I will sing of the mercies of the Lord.

Praise to God, Immortal Praise - Harvest and Thanksgiving Hymn (New Melody)

"Praise to God, Immortal Praise" is another one of the most beautiful Thanksgiving hymns that we can really also sing all year round in thanks and praise to God! If you liked this you may enjoy my album entitled “Hymns of Autumn”, available on just about every streaming platform! Happy fall!

1 Praise to God, immortal praise,

for the love that crowns our days!

Bounteous source of every joy,

let thy praise our tongues employ:

2 for the blessings of the fields,

for the stores the gardens yield,

flocks that whiten all the plain,

yellow sheaves of ripened grain;

3 all that spring with bounteous hand

scatters o'er the smiling land;

all that liberal autumn pours

from her rich o'erflowing stores.

4 These to thee, O God, we owe,

source whence all our blessings flow;

and for these our souls shall raise

grateful vows and solemn praise.

O The Deep Deep Love of Jesus - Powerful Hymn about God's Love

O The Deep Deep Love of Jesus is one of the most well-loved, beautiful hymns of all time, and this version has an uplifting key change for each verse to lift the soul higher and higher, and features amazing ocean footage and underwater currents that I'm so happy to be able to use for this video. Praying it touches you and uplifts your soul as you sing along! To request sheet music send a message through my contact page, and if I get enough requests I will put the days (yes, days) into transcribing it into sheet music if it can be of service.

For permission to use this song or video in a church service see my usage policy here, and if you want to save it on your favourite streaming platforms you can click here or search “O the Deep Deep Love of Jesus” by Stacey Plays Hymns.

1. O the deep, deep love of Jesus,
Vast, unmeasured, boundless, free!
Rolling as a mighty ocean
In its fullness over me.
Underneath me, all around me,
Is the current of Thy love;
Leading onward, leading home-ward,
To my glorious rest above.

2. O the deep, deep love of Jesus,
Spread His praise from shore to shore!
How He loveth, ever loveth,
Changeth never, nevermore.
How He watches o'er His loved ones,
Died to call them all His own;
How for them He intercedeth,
Watcheth o'er them from the throne!

3. O the deep, deep love of Jesus,
Love of ev'ry love the best!
'Tis an ocean vast of blessing,
'Tis a haven sweet of rest.
O the deep, deep love of Jesus,
'Tis a heav'n of heav'ns to me;
And it lifts me up to glory,
For it lifts me up to Thee.

Some Golden Daybreak (With Lyrics) - Beautiful Old Hymn for Funerals or Sending Song

Some Golden Daybreak is a beautiful old-time hymn that has brought comfort to many people around the world, as a funeral hymn or for a memorial service, or just to bring comfort to those who are suffering in this life. Enjoy this cheering and comforting hymn written by Carl A. Blackmore! Available on all music platforms - just look up "Stacey Plays Hymns" and “Some Golden Daybreak”. Unfortunately because the song is still under copyright I cannot give permission to use in a church service - you would have to get in touch with the publishing company / copyright owners. I have many songs that ARE Public Domain or are my own original music and are therefore available to be used for funerals or memorial services - here are a few:

Lord of All Our Days
Abide With Me
It is Well With My Soul
Shall We Gather At the River
(And more!)

Some glorious morning sorrow will cease,
Some glorious morning all will be peace,
Heartaches all ended, schooldays all done,
Heaven will open, Jesus will come.

CHORUS
Some golden daybreak, Jesus will come;
Some golden daybreak, battles all won,
He'll shout the victory, break through the blue,
Some golden daybreak, for me, for you.

Sad hearts will gladden, all shall be bright,
Good-bye forever to earth's dark night;
Changed in a moment, like Him to be,
Oh, glorious daybreak, Jesus I'll see.

CHORUS

Oh, what a meeting, there in the skies,
No tears nor crying shall dim our eyes;
Loved ones united eternally,
Oh, what a daybreak that morn will be.

CHORUS

O God of Love, O King of Peace - by World Without End

New powerful, uplifting song to help us all pray for peace and revival! This song is "O God of Love, O King of Peace", is an old hymn by Henry Williams Baker that I have set to a new melody and released under World Without End, one of my side projects. May the people of God everywhere pray for peace and allow His love to reign in our own hearts and lives. This song is on most streaming platforms, just look up "World Without End" and "O God of Love" or click here!

World Without End features a collection of recordings that are mostly old hymns from the Book of Common Prayer and other old hymnals I have collected, but set to a bit of a more modern style. If you like this style please follow World Without End on your favourite streaming platform, because it will be mostly kept separate from my main traditional hymn project here. I occasionally post these songs here in case a few people like it and might want to share with a friend or family member who might not be so familiar with or likely to listen to the old hymns in a traditional style. Thanks for listening and I hope it's a blessing!

Lyrics: O God of Love, O King of Peace

1 O God of love, O King of peace,

Make wars throughout the world to cease;

Our greed and violent ways restrain.

Give peace, O God, give peace again.

2 Remember, Lord, your works of old,

The wonders that your people told;

Remember not our sins' deep stain.

Give peace, O God, give peace again.

Refrain:

Peace, send Your peace

Peace in our hearts

Peace on earth

3 Whom shall we trust but you, O Lord?

Where rest but on your faithful word?

None ever called on you in vain.

Give peace, O God, give peace again.

(Refrain)

4 Where saints and angels dwell above

All hearts are joined in holy love;

Oh, bind us in that heav'nly chain.

Give peace, O God, give peace again.

(Refrain)

Lyrics by Henry Williams Baker, 1821-1877 and new refrain by Stacey Plays Hymns / World Without End.

Psalm 100 Sung from the Coverdale Psalter / Book of Common Prayer 1662 Plainsong (Gregorian Chant)

Here is a beautiful and uplifting rendition of Psalm 100 set to music for Bible memory and prayer, using the Coverdale Psalter version which is the same as found in the traditional Book of Common Prayer (BCP 1662) and Manual of Plainsong.

For those who wish to sing along to the Psalms during the daily office or liturgical prayers, this recording can be found on all streaming platforms by looking up Psalm 100 and Stacey Plays Hymns.

The tradition of singing the Psalms is an ancient and treasured way to connect with Scripture - a simple melody allows the singers and listeners to focus in on the text, while the tune stays with you for hours or days, reminding you again of the words.

Psalm 100 - Book of Common Prayer

Oh be joyful in the Lord, all you lands; *

serve the Lord with gladness

and come before his presence with a song.

2

Be ye sure that the Lord, He is God,

It is He who hath made us, and not we ourselves,

we are his people and the sheep of his pasture.

3

Oh go your way into his gates with thanksgiving;

and enter his courts with praise; *

Be thankful unto Him and speak good of His name

4

For the Lord is gracious;

his mercy is everlasting; *

And his truth endureth from generation to generation

Day is Done, Gone the Sun (Taps) - with Lyrics | Evening Prayer Song

Day is Done, Gone the Sun, also known as Taps, is a well loved, simple song that is often used at the end of the day for summer camps such as Girl Guides or Cubs, and also for funerals and military memorial services, often played on a bugle. The simple melody allows time to meditate on the words - God is nigh!

Listen on your favourite streaming platform or watch the relaxing sunset video here:

Day is Done, Gone the Sun (Taps)

Day is done, gone the sun

From the lakes, from the hills, from the sky

All is well, safely rest

God is nigh

Fading light dims the sight

And a star gems the sky, gleaming bright

From afar, drawing near

Falls the night

Thanks and praise for our days

Neath the sun, neath the stars, neath the sky

As we go, this we know

God is nigh
